Multiplanar Reconstruction (MPR)

Representing a Series in MPR

In MPR mode the series is displayed as follows:

one panel: 1 main panel, which displays the image from the active panel
three panels: 1 main and 2 auxiliary
three panels: 3 equivalent MPR projections
four panels: 3 main MPR projections and one 3D panel

Three mutually perpendicular planes are displayed on the panels
Changing the orientation of one plane causes the others to rotate as well

To select the layout, click the button with the desired split in the series header

MPR Projections

In the active overlay of MPR mode
The lower left corner - a menu for selecting the projection in the main panel

Click the name of the current projection in the active overlay
In the appeared list, click on the item with the desired projection

Enable/Disable MPR

The application, by default, shows images in MPR mode for CT and MRI when possible
In MRI, image volumes with a small number of scans are presented in regular mode, but you can force the display into MPR mode
Series available for viewing in MPR mode have the

button in the header

Enable MPR

Click the MPR button in the series header
If the button is absent or inactive, MPR cannot be performed in this study

Disable MPR

Click the 2D button in the MPR or 3D mode header
