Knife Tool
Allows "removing" (temporarily hiding) arbitrary areas of an image
Located in the 3D toolbar
Created similarly to a closed curve
Crop the Image:
- Position the mouse cursor at the starting point
- Click the left mouse button
- Move the mouse, outlining the area, adding points with clicks
- Click on the last point again to finish creating the shape
- In the appeared menu, select the crop type - outside, inside, or cancel the operation
A knife applied in MPR is reflected in 3D, but not vice versa.
Remove Image Cropping:
- Show/hide the knife, or delete it, can be done via the Finds List
Additional Crop Settings in 2D:
Available in 2D mode only
- Click the "More" button

- In the appeared menu, select the crop type - inside or outside (click the checkmark)
- Set the crop transparency using the slider
