Knife Tool

Allows "removing" (temporarily hiding) arbitrary areas of an image
Located in the 3D toolbar
Created similarly to a closed curve

Crop the Image:

• Position the mouse cursor at the starting point
• Click the left mouse button
• Move the mouse, outlining the area, adding points with clicks
• Click on the last point again to finish creating the shape
• In the appeared menu, select the crop type - outside, inside, or cancel the operation

A knife applied in MPR is reflected in 3D, but not vice versa.

Remove Image Cropping:

• Show/hide the knife, or delete it, can be done via the Finds List

Additional Crop Settings in 2D:

• Click the "More" button
• In the appeared menu, select the crop type - inside or outside (click the checkmark)
• Set the crop transparency using the slider
