Regions

Select a Tool

• Click a button from the first column of the table in the toolbar
or
• Press the key from the last column of the table on the keyboard

Buttons located in the same groups are highlighted with the same color

Button	Function	Mouse	Keyboard
"Figures" Group
	Oval	Click on one border of the oval Click on the opposite border of the oval
	Circle	Click at the center of the circle Click on the border of the circle
	Rectangle	Click at one vertex of the rectangle Move the mouse Click at the opposite vertex of the rectangle
"Regions" Group
	Closed Curve	Click at the starting point Moving the mouse, click on points to draw the region Double-click at the last point to finish drawing The region will close
	Closed Polyline	Click at the starting point Moving the mouse, click on points to draw the region Double-click at the last point to finish drawing The region will close
	Closed Pencil, or Pen for freehand drawing	Click at the starting point Move the mouse to draw the region Click at the ending point The region closes automatically.

• To cancel a measurement while building it, right-click
• To cancel the measurement construction and return to the default tool, press the key on the keyboard
