Configuring Modality Worklist (MWL)

Note: Do not forget to first configure DICOM creation

• Click in the program menu "Help" - "Settings"
  or by keyboard shortcut +

Enabling the Worklist Tab Display in the Archive Window

• In the Vidar Dicom Viewer Settings window, click on the "Study Archive" tab
• Find the subheading "Archive Window"
• Click to check the box next to "Join with worklist and Query/Retrieve"
• Clicking next to "Show at Program Start" will cause the Worklist window to appear when launching Vidar Dicom Viewer
• Enable the display of the "Status" column in the Archive Window Configuration

Entering MWL Server Parameters

• MWL server configuration is performed in the PACS configuration window
• During PACS configuration, indicate with a checkbox that this PACS supports Modality Worklist
• The specified PACS will become available for selection in the "Worklist" window

Additional Worklist Settings

• If necessary, change the default query (search) filter parameters
• If confident in the user, you can change the study completion setting to automatic
• If PO Vidar PACS is available, you can configure automatic transfer of new studies
• Disabling confirmation upon study completion is not recommended
