The buttons are located in the button groups of the Studies toolbar: Save Image and Save Screen
Concepts
"Screen" - all images on the program screen
"Image" - active (framed) image (slice, or projection in an MPR volume) on the program screen
Measurements and annotations present on the images are saved together with the images
If you need to hide them, use Finds by clicking the "Hide marked" icon
