Constructing ADC Maps
To construct apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) maps:
Left-click the "Programs" button
in the
Toolbar
Click the button
"Diffusion"
The program will automatically try to find the series and volumes needed for constructing ADC maps
In the appeared window, you can select a different series, volumes, and/or set a different diffusion factor (

)
If there is a lot of "noise," move the mask threshold slider
The screen will be split into two parts:
On the left - the original volumes with the specified diffusion factor, which can be scrolled using arrows
On the right - ADC maps
Settings
Left-click the "ADC" button in the upper right corner of the series and select "Calculation Settings" if you want to change parameters
Left-click the "Save the Resulting Series" item to save the ADC maps
To exit the diffusion program, click the "Exit Mode" item in the program menu
